April 2015 - River and Lakes on top form

The start of the 2015 season has been kind. Both river and lake have offered the goods. On the river, I am yet to tie on a nymph, with every fish willing to rise to a variety of different naturals. Mainly midges and Large Dark Olives have been on the menu.

As for the lakes, they have fished superbly. I have been lucky enough to be fishing Chew and the buzzer hatches have been incredible. The fish are feeding hard on them to and are nymph tactics are working superbly well. Always better than words, here are a few pictures to some up the April:
